Main Features:

1. The operating interface of the controlling system can be done directly in frontand back of the machine, and the operation is easy and convenient.2. The main motor adopts three-phase asynchronism motor, achieving the freq-uency inverter adjusting speed.3. When the machine is working, the tension of the material film can be adjusted automatically. (The feeding material device adopts automatic tension controlling system).4. The traction and pressing roller adopts flat-prick style and dual air shaft pressing roller, and the film will not skid.5. The unwinding device adopts flat-prick style and shaft-core-free(or inflatable air shaft feeding device). Therefore, it is very convenient to getting non and getting on and getting down the material roller.6. The edge correction adopts synchronic motor, high precision ball thread rod,photo-electric eye(from JOT), and the smooth channel adopts line shaft, with a moving joumey of 120mm, automatic edge correction makes the slitting precisely and evenly.7. The slitting adopts flat and round knife. It adopts waste edge automatic treat-ment device.8. The rolling shaft adopts horizontal rotate style and dual shaft rolling design. Single person can operate the machine.9. It is installed with an automatic meter counter and automatic yard programmer. When the machine is working, it can automatically count meters.10. All the cylinders on the machine can be adjusted to solve the material shori-zontal and vertical deviation.
